Robert Shea — Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Robert Shea Joining Marsalle in March, 2012, Bob Shea is combining his successful team building experience with unparalleled industry knowledge to build a "best in class" national spirits and wine import company.  With total support of the Stoller family, Bob is instilling a culture of transparency and accountability with Marsalle's supplier partners and our distributors/brokers in the US.

Bob has had a stellar career in the beverage alcohol business. After spending four years with the United States Air Force, he began with Heublein as the Chicago Metro Manager.  He spent time in sales roles with Seagram's, and moved into executive sales management with Hiram Walker where Bob rose up to become President before merging with Allied Domecq. His last role at Allied Domecq was National Sales Manager in 2000.

Bob decided to work for a very small but dynamic imported vodka brand in the early 2000's called SVEDKA, as its first National Sales Manager. He led the efforts that brought the brand from zero to over 3 million cases a year, became the #3 selling vodka in the US, the #7 spirit brand overall, and earned Impact's Hot Brand award for 8 consecutive years. Constellation Brands purchased SVEDKA in 2007, and Bob joined Constellation continuing to lead the sales force until 2012.

Bob lives in the Chicago area with his wife, and has two sons, and four grandchildren.

George Briskie — National Sales Manager, South

George BriskieGeorge Briskie has thirty-five years of experience in the beverage industry with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results with world class companies such as Beam Global and E & J Gallo Winery. He has demonstrated excellence in a diverse range of increasingly demanding responsibilities including distributor and broker management, key account management, regional marketing, national product marketing, and corporate training and development.

George joined Marsalle in May, 2012. His responsibilities include managing Marsalle sales managers and brokers, and to execute strategies designed to establish distribution and market presence, increase profitable sales volumes, and build excellent relationships with Marsalle's distributors and customers.

He resides in Dallas, TX with his wife, and has a daughter and a son.

Howard Elkin — National Sales Manager, North

George BriskieHoward spent the past 10 years as General Sales Manager with the Stoller's wholesale operation in Illinois, leading a sales and support team of over 100 people. Prior to this he was Sales Manager at Judge & Dolph (Breakthru Beverage) and worked for the Wirtz family for 20 years. He brings great experience in all segments of the industry to Marsalle.

 

Kirk Tomiser — Western Division Manager

Kirk Tomiser A 20+ year industry veteran, Kirk Tomiser joined Marsalle in July 2013. Originally from St. Louis, Kirk's work history includes both distributor and supplier experience, including national training with Barefoot Cellars and regional positions with Dry Creek Vineyard and Rutherford Wine Company. Each position included regional/national chain responsibilities as well as hiring and managing successful sales teams.

Kirk lives in Windsor, CA with his young daughter, Willow.

Hector Calzada — California Market Manager

Hector CalzadaHector has 21+ years' experience in Sales and Management throughout California and Hawaii. Prior to joining The Marsalle Company, he was a Sales Manager for an ultra premium tequila company and worked for a spirits and wine distributor in Southern CA. Hector has a proven track record of outstanding performance with start up suppliers to multi-state companies, and brings extensive expertise in navigating the emerging markets in California. He prides himself in building strong relationships with on and off premise customers in addition to distributor managers and sales people. Hector resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife Marcy and son Kevin.

Bill Lang — Midwest Division Manager

Bill brings 25 years of industry experience to Marsalle. He spent the past 5 years with the Stoller's wholesale operation as a Key Account Manager. He has amassed a broad knowledge of the industry. Bill resides in Illinois and covers 8 states as Midwest Division Manager.
